RETURN ELIGIBILITY

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.

To qualify for a return, your item must:

• Be unused, unworn, and in its original condition  
• Include original packaging and tags where applicable  
• Be accompanied by proof of purchase or order confirmation  

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Please note:

• Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted  
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect  
• We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns  

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Please inspect your order carefully upon arrival.

If you receive an item that is:

• Damaged  
• Defective  
• Incorrect  
• Missing parts

• Your order number  
• Clear photos of the issue  
• A brief explanation of the problem  

We will review the issue promptly and work to make it right as quickly as possible.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

For hygiene, safety, and supplier policy reasons, certain products cannot be returned, including:

• Personal care and hygiene products  
• Opened beauty or wellness products  
• Customized or personalized items  
• Perishable goods  
• Gift cards  
• Final sale or clearance items

EXCHANGES

We currently do not process direct product exchanges.

If you would like a different item, we recommend:

1. Requesting a return for the original product (if eligible)  
2. Placing a new order for the desired item  

EUROPEAN UNION 14-DAY COOLING OFF PERIOD

If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery for any reason and without justification.

Returned items must still meet the return eligibility requirements outlined above.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund.

If approved:

• Refunds will be issued to your original payment method  
• Processing typically takes 5–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider  

Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
